Sat a test today—Food Safety Level 2. 30 multiple choice questions. Must answer 20 questions correctly.

First came 5 hours of lectures, pop quizzes, and gross stories from the industry.

Did you know a mouse can fit through a gap that’s no higher than a pencil’s thickness? It has a squashy skeleton apparently.

And whatever you do, never step on a cockroach. It may well squish ‘em but it also disperses the eggs.

Test results available next week.
