Moondog Sour
Ingredients
1 egg white
45ml Goslings Black Seal rum
30ml Disaronno Originale
30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml Falernum syrup
Dash of orange bitters
Instructions
1. Pour the egg white into a shaker and add the remaining ingredients. Dry shake to emulsify.
2. Add ice and shake again to chill.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
