Moondog Sour

Moondog Sour

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white

  • 45ml Goslings Black Seal rum

  • 30ml Disaronno Originale

  • 30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 15ml Falernum syrup

  • Dash of orange bitters


Instructions

1. Pour the egg white into a shaker and add the remaining ingredients. Dry shake to emulsify.

2. Add ice and shake again to chill.

3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
